Responsibilities
Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Providing top-notch customer service and answer account-related questions
Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services
Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures
Assisting with ATM and night deposit transactions
Follow all banking regulations, policies and procedures
Learning and growing through training opportunities—including potential cross-training in new accounts
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least six months of customer service experience—banking experience is a plus!
Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions
Enjoys working in a team and building relationships with customers
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Ability to take positive and constructive feedback well and apply it to the job
Eager to learn and grow in the banking industry
Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
Comfortable using office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers
Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds
Ability to navigate outside safely in case of an emergency
