Start in 2026 SummerHeatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, part of Lennox, is seeking a Summer 2026 Business Compliance Intern to join their team. The role involves participating in impactful projects, testing business operations, assisting with audits, and supporting the Business Compliance group with process implementations.

Responsibilities
Testing business operations against control requirements, SOX testing
Assisting with System Access Reviews for risk mitigation in company systems
Performing audit(s) of Lennox retail stores
Performing audit(s) of inventory for accurate inventory controls
Assisting other parts of the business with implementing new processes or controls, with the guidance of Business Compliance group
Other accounting, compliance, audit, or finance projects as directed
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be well organized and detail oriented with good analytical abilities and problem solving skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Experience with Excel
Requires current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Ability to quickly learn and contribute to new projects and use new technologies
Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
Passion for producing high quality work
