Responsibilities

Collaborate with other IT or Business teams to review and advise on solution designs for business problems and demands

Work on implementing said solution designs

Develop and implement solutions that will streamline deployment

Receive and respond to incoming calls and/or e-mails regarding all technologies

Create and maintain system documentation and ensure runbooks are up to date and accurate

Develop and document new standards for existing and new technologies

Analyze and provide rapid solutions for production incidents

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields

Strong fundamental knowledge of supporting technologies, including Network, Hardware, Virtualization and other enterprise software

Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks

Good written and verbal communication skills

Must work well in a high-pressure environment and keep cool under stress

Must be a self-starter and able to follow-up from issue to resolution

Related Technologies: VMware (vSphere (vCenter and ESXi), Horizon, UAG, Workspace One), NetApp (ONTAP 9.x, OnCommand Insight, Cloud Volumes (Azure)), Cisco (UCS Platform, MDS Switch, NXOS Platform), Rubrik Backup System
