Organizational Development Consultant

Responsibilities

Serve as a key partner in the planning, administration, roll-out, and analysis of the organizational engagement survey
Translate data into meaningful insights for departments, supporting action planning that impacts culture
Co-develop materials and tools that help leaders at all levels understand and act on engagement feedback
Manages the effectiveness of New Employee Orientation in collaboration with the Organizational Development team and other key stakeholders
Evaluates content, flow, and recommends changes that continuously improve the new hire experience and positively impact retention
Co-facilitate leadership development experiences, including monthly curricula and targeted cohort programs
Support team development engagements by preparing customized materials, conducting assessments, and partnering with senior leaders
Assist with shaping new leadership models or tools based on organizational trends and priorities
Develop feedback tools and methods for assessing learning impact, gather suggestions for improvement, and solicit ideas for future learning experiences
Lead coordination for select OD programs, including scheduling, communications, and feedback tracking
Support learning experience logistics while gaining exposure to strategy and design
Build trust and credibility across the organization through thoughtful follow up, authentic presence, and high-quality support
Serve as a thought partner across departments, modeling behaviors we seek to strengthen in our leadership culture
Provide insights and creative ideas supporting the OD team’s evolution and impact across the organization
Identify personal and team growth opportunities for OD
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Training, Communications, Business or in areas related to duties and responsibilities for this position
3+ years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, succession planning, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness
