Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product and tool owners, program managers, developers, security experts, architects, and global security colleagues to define and implement the infrastructure toolset essential for SAP Sovereign Cloud operations

Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and productive tool development and integration, providing hands-on experience in various DevOps tasks

Required

University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

3+ years of senior technical professional experience

Seniority in project management, handling deliverables, status, and updates to stakeholders

Experience managing site infrastructure, costs, scaling, and availability

Strong understanding of network design

Managing Operational demand requirements

Experience with at least 2 public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) SDK development

Architecture design experience in scalable and alternate solutions

Experience with formal documentation and diagrams capturing requirements and deliverables

Understanding of Kubernetes and other Container technologies

Ability to breakdown and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Experience with SAP Product Offerings including experience in SAP Technologies, SAP Runtime platforms and SAP Integrations

Persistence, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive under pressure

Fluency in written and spoken English

8+ years of professional experience in Cloud Delivery-related fields and technologies

6+ years of automation experience

Experience with implementing, migrating, administering and operating SAP Technologies, Applications and Databases in Cloud environment

Experience with SAP Lifecycle Management processes and tools

Experience in designing of scalable and highly available SAP systems in Cloud
