The role involves managing the onboarding process for new asset managers and ensuring a seamless experience while collaborating with internal teams and third-party asset managers.

Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and launch of new investment products on the SMArtX platform
Collaborate with third-party asset managers to collect and process onboarding materials
Maintain and monitor a pipeline of new manager engagements and product buildouts
Establish and maintain firm and product records on the platform
Track and verify investment performance data
Respond to asset manager inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally
Generate and deliver ad-hoc reports as needed

Required

0–3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry
Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables and timelines effectively

Collaborative mindset to build strong cross-functional relationships
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field
In Office Position - Headquarters in Downtown West Palm Beach
