Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support throughout the mortgage loan process
Review and organize loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with USDA requirements
Enter, update, and maintain data in USDA loan systems (e.g., GUS) and internal databases
Assist loan officers and processors by gathering and verifying borrower documentation
Track loan file progress and follow up on missing or pending items
Prepare reports and maintain loan records in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Deliver excellent customer service while protecting borrower confidentiality
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of mortgage, banking, or loan operations experience
Demonstrated experience supporting USDA loan programs and systems
Solid knowledge of loan documentation requirements and compliance standards
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support a high-volume workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
Ability to obtain and maintain NACIC background investigation
