Responsibilities
Lead and grow a high-performing consulting team, serving as a mentor and strategic guide
Deliver projects with excellence—overseeing technical quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
Drive business growth by expanding client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Collaborate with ERM Partners to implement market-specific strategies and consulting programs
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and internal risk management protocols
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team culture and client engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, environmental management, or a related field. Or equivalent experience
9+ years of experience in environmental consulting, permitting, or impact assessment
Proven success managing complex natural resource permitting programs (ESA Section 7 & 10, Eagle Conservation Plans, Take Permits)
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for energy and transmission projects
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to inspire teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety and inclusive workplace practices
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience with stakeholder engagement and strategic regulatory navigation
Familiarity with regional permitting challenges in the Great Plains and Midwest
Track record of mentoring and developing emerging leaders
