Responsibilities
Process loan transactions by communicating with clients and Operations/Treasury Group
Initiate process related to loan transactions against Approved Credit Application, loan agreements, loan and time deposit applications/confirmations and/or other third-party instructions/Notices
Assist Account Officers with KYC and other regulatory obligations
Close and maintain loan facilities by reviewing loan agreements and other related requisite loan documentations, collecting required documents from agents. Deliver such documents to Operations Group with instructions, and conduct required checks/registrations in the systems
Generate and circulate internal periodical reports to senior executives. Perform general administrative functions
Investigate problems and resolve operational issues. Interact and maintain professional relationship with other groups and financial institutions to efficiently improve workflow and communication
Maintain customer files and required documents in accordance with the established retention and record keeping standards of all Fund Finance Group files and documents
Support any other activities as reasonably assigned by Account Officers / Business Manager, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President
Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change and removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years (Lead Analyst) 4-6 years (Manager) of relevant work experience
Previous experience in Bilateral or Syndicated Loan Operation is required
Strong communication skills both verbal and writing, with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and a fast learner
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products
Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible to work beyond regular office hours at times based on business needs
