Responsibilities

Produce detailed civil design drawings for land development and public infrastructure projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Draft roadway, grading, utility improvement plans, subdivision maps, and related technical exhibits
Collaborate closely with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to interpret plans and incorporate redline markups
Prepare topographic maps and manage survey point data for design accuracy
Support the design and permitting process across residential, commercial, and municipal projects
Occasionally assist with visual presentation materials using Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Qualification

AutoCAD Civil 3DCivil drafting/designAdobe Creative SuiteEffective communicationOrganizational skills

Required

3+ years of experience in civil drafting/design, preferably in land development or infrastructure
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ability to read and interpret engineering plans and markups
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Effective communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technical software as needed

Preferred

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Office is a plus
