Moving Crew Coordinator
All-Star Moving is a company dedicated to positively impacting lives through their moving services. The Moving Crew Coordinator will lead daily operations, manage crew schedules, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities
Schedule daily crews so every move is properly staffed and ready on time
Set the tone for professionalism and performance among movers
Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of improvement
Ensure 80%+ crew and truck utilization across six working days
Partner with operations to coordinate efficient logistics
Oversee customer satisfaction by maintaining All-Star’s high service standards
Qualification
Required
Lead with confidence, even under pressure
Have experience managing teams in logistics, moving, or fast-paced industries
Communicate clearly and solve problems calmly
Love creating systems that make people better
Can keep multiple moving parts on track without dropping the ball
Are tech-comfortable and detail-driven
Want to build a career where your leadership makes a difference
A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
Physical stamina (must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly when needed)
Reliability and punctuality—show up on-time and ready to get the job done
Clear communication and good customer service skills
Previous moving experience or related experience in a leadership role
