Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for clients
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Assist clients with bookkeeping using QuickBooks and other accounting software
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and advisory services
Support payroll processing and compliance with applicable regulations
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure adherence to tax laws
Provide excellent client service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks is required (Desktop & Online)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Prior CPA firm experience preferred
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
