New Grad, Entry LevelT-Shirt Tycoon Solutions Inc is seeking a Customer Service representative to support their sales team. The role involves processing customer orders, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Supports TTY Sales
Processes customer PO’s and order in ENT
Works with Purchasing to get the necessary materials ordered
Works with Production Art to get the CD/PDF (Production Proof) created
Assists customers with any questions or concerns regarding their order(s)
Assists production personnel with any questions or updates
Ensures the order goes smoothly from the moment it is handed off to CS until it has shipped to the customer
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Microsoft Office Suite experience or knowledge
Data entry and/or customer service experience
Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
Able to write correspondences
Able to communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups with customers and other employees
Able to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Able to work under pressure
Understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written and/or oral instructions
Problem solving
Sitting and looking at a screen for extended periods of time
Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
