Responsibilities

Guide and contribute to the design process from concept through delivery

Partner with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, human-centered design solutions

Translate complex information into clear, actionable design directions

Develop product visions, feature sets, and roadmaps that balance user needs with business goals

Build and maintain scalable design systems that bring consistency and delight to global audiences

Collaborate across disciplines to align strategy and user experience

Identify opportunities to improve design processes and team collaboration

Required

A portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital products, services, or systems design work

Proven ability to lead or contribute to teams that create human-centered digital experiences

Strong conceptual, strategic, and systems-thinking skills

Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills

Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible digital experiences
