Manager, Growth Marketing (GC)

Responsibilities
Develop, test and implement customer-centric, data-driven growth marketing strategy across select customer segments e.g. Former & Active
Lead strategy and execution across select growth channels, optimize for quality conversions; & customers; channel mix to include CRM & Paid channels
Manage external partners and internal collaborators to deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through execution and optimization
Develop, brief, and review creative assets and messaging in partnership with the Product Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals
With Green Chef Growth Team & Channel Leads, manage day-to-day steering of marketing channels to hit KPIs
Regularly audit campaigns, collect learnings and leverage those insights to actively optimize & refine strategy on an ongoing basis
Identify and explore new marketing opportunities that align with business goals, serving as a generalist marketer and agile problem-solver
Regularly audit and identify opportunities within customer retention
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, new growth tactics and Gen-AI opportunities to fuel innovation and differentiation
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably at a high-growth consumer brand or agency with a focus on D2C/eCommerce/subscription models
Demonstrated success managing paid marketing channels and campaigns, with measurable results tied to CAC, ROI or LTV
Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus. You use data to drive decisions—tracking metrics like CAC, CVR, CLV, and retention to continuously improve campaign performance
Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and cross-functional teams

Customer-Obsessed: You deeply understand customer needs and turn insights into impactful marketing strategies that drive satisfaction and growth
