Responsibilities

Fully accountable for portfolio-level P&L, including top-line revenue, organic growth, and targeted margin delivery
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned portfolio accounts, aligned with Cleartelligence’s firm-wide goals
Drive opportunity origination across both new and existing clients by leveraging your own network and existing firm channels. Actively lead client pursuits and proposals in collaboration with practice leads and marketing teams
Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders across the private equity and mid-market ecosystem
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and in strategic partnerships
Possess a working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and market trends, with the ability to advise clients on pragmatic, business-aligned AI investments
Translate emerging AI capabilities into business value narratives that resonate with executive audiences
Provide executive sponsorship and strategic guidance across active engagements
Collaborate with Principal Consultants and delivery teams to align execution with client vision and value realization. Promote best-in-class delivery methodologies and service standardization across portfolio accounts
Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and innovation. Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of consulting and account management talent

Required

15+ years of consulting and data strategy experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or P&L-owning role
Demonstrated success growing client portfolios in the Technology, Manufacturing, Media, Private Equity or Mid-Market sector
Executive-level experience in account strategy, sales, and client delivery leadership
Knowledge of the modern data and AI landscape, including the ability to position and sell AI-driven services and solutions
Experience with data engineering principles and technologies, including data integration, data warehousing, and ETL processes working with platforms like Snowflake and DataBricks
Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influence skills
Bachelor's degree required
