Responsibilities
Assisting with costuming, make-up, clerical and administrative functions necessary for the operation of the center, to include record keeping, inventory of supplies, and recommending ordering of depleted or other necessary supplies
Performing first level maintenance on all equipment to ensure that it is in operable condition
Identifying inoperable equipment and advising the supervisor of those needing higher level repair
Assisting in the construction of sets and scenery for varying productions, procurement of supplies and materials needed, and the operation of light and sounds systems for these productions
Qualification
Required
Three (3) months of prior experience participating in variety shows, bands and plays. Experience to include: Construction of sets and scenery. Operation of light and stage sound systems for productions
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one-year probationary period may be required
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays
Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation to include childcare checks
Preferred
Possess at least one (1) year experience with construction of sets and scenery
Possess at least one (1) year experience with lighting and stage sound systems
