Responsibilities

Provides expert-level overall application of the project scheduling system, ensuring projects coordination and compliance
Works with Project Managers, Operations Managers, Program Analysts, and technical managers to ensure that all projects are identified and correctly entered in the project scheduling system
Responsible for the control, development, and coordination of assigned programs and their documentation requirements to ensure data/document management
Interprets policy and selects methods and procedures to execute the project program
Reviews historical financial data and analyzes trends to validate project funding estimates
Develops briefs to management on workload and workforce matters
Analyzes the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established objectives on the distribution of work among positions and organizations

Required

One year of specialized experience which includes; 1) Providing expert-level application and guidance on an automated information systems for project coordination; AND 2) Tracking resource usage trends to ensure project efficiency; AND 3) Evaluating historical financial data to forecast and validate project funding estimates
