Technical and Quality Analyst
USAJOBS is seeking a Technical and Quality Analyst to oversee and develop technical and quality concepts within Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement, and Technical/Quality Process Teams. Responsibilities
Serves as the subject matter expert overseeing and developing technical and quality concepts within Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement, and Technical/Quality (TQ) Process Teams
Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders by communicating findings and process improvement recommendations to a diverse audience
Analyze and evaluate enterprise-wide aspects of Technical Quality process performance and policy effectiveness and their interrelationship with other process initiatives throughout the agency
Monitors and evaluates implementation of accepted proposals for improving Key Performance metrics, and other process performance data for Technical Quality functional process areas
Identifies and defines functional training requirements to develop training materials and provide subject matter expertise

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Exempt
Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
Defense Acquisition Workforce position. Must complete DoD certification and other requirements
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement
Creditable specialized experience includes: Developing criteria and evaluating policies and procedures to ensure they align with program objectives
Experience in the application of process interrelationships, performance data, and metrics to analyze Technical Quality process effectiveness
Analyze and evaluate criteria to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of activities within process areas to develop and implement corrective actions
Experience in process organizations, programs, missions, operations, and their interrelationships to the Technical Quality process
