National Account Manager, Government and Large Institutions
Ace Relocation Systems is a leader in the relocation industry with over 40 years of experience. They are seeking a National Account Manager to secure contracts with government agencies and large institutions, focusing on strategic relationship building and proposal development.

Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize high-value institutions in Healthcare, Hospitality, and other verticals surrounding all our locations
Conduct regular searches on all available and appropriate bid sites for opportunities with local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as large institutions
Identify potential strategic partners (e.g., other businesses, industry experts) and cultivate relationships to explore joint venture opportunities and expand our market reach
Engage with prime contractors who hold large government contracts to explore subcontracting opportunities
Proactively seek out facility managers, procurement leads, operations executives, and other key stakeholders to introduce Ace’s commercial moving and logistics solutions
Position Ace Relocation as a trusted partner in the commercial projects sector—demonstrating agility, responsiveness, and personalized service
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospect identification to initial outreach, relationship cultivation, proposal development, and final award/contract execution
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Proficient in utilizing bid sites
Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) or similar tools for maintaining customer records
5+ years of sales experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within government contracting or large institutional sales
Experience with FOI requests and interpreting government feedback
Knowledge of local, state, and federal government contracting procedures
Familiarity with the specific needs and procurement processes of large institutions
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
Familiar with building and recruiting strategic partnerships
Must maintain clean driving record, driver license, and insurance
Reliable and presentable transportation
Proven track record in building and leveraging professional networks both in-person and virtually to generate leads
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities that align with company goals
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in social settings
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
