Deputy Director Family Morale Welfare and Recreation NF-05

Responsibilities
Serves as a full Deputy Director to the Director, Family , Morale, Welfare and Recreation by performing a variety of duties in the short and long range planning, coordination, and daily oversight of the Directorate
Integrates plans into appropriated and non-appropriated fund annual operating budgets
Reviews program changes and discusses changes in goal and objectives with activity managers and supervisors ensuring objectives and goals are obtainable and economically feasible
Represents the Director in all matters including the coordination of programs and activities within and outside the Directorate
Provides technical guidance and administrative oversight through direct and indirect supervision of subordinate supervisors and employees. Exercises the full range of personnel management responsibilities
Responsible for assuming the duties of the Director in his/her absence
Qualification
Required
Managerial work experience and executive knowledge and ability of the caliber described above

Must be available to work Monday thru Friday with occasional nights and weekends
