ELECTRONICS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC TRAINING LEADER
USAJOBS is seeking an Electronics Integrated Systems Mechanic Training Leader for the Missile Launcher Shop at TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY. The role involves reviewing and updating training course lesson plans, developing mock-up training, and managing supply parts and maintenance documentation for complex integrated electronic equipment.

Responsibilities
You will review, maintain and update existing training course lesson plans for accuracy and technical changes
You will work with various shops/codes to develop and administer mock-ups and mock-up training required for upcoming work
You will test, troubleshoot, analyze, repair, overhaul, rebuild, modify, align, and calibrate complex integrated electronic equipment
You will manage supply parts ordering and tracking, hazardous material control, weight test records, and maintaining maintenance documentation and equipment calibration records and inventory
You will develop new training course lesson plans, as needed and performs other training related duties
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program

Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You will be required to perform occasional sea duty
This is a Mission Essential position
You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport
May be required to perform duties at-sea on a submerged submarine
Eyesight must be corrected to normal and color perception is required for identifying color-coded electrical components
Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision
The ability to perform common tasks is essential to maintaining high operational standards
The ability to support the SSGN Attack Weapons System contributing to mission readiness
The ability to maintain equipment associated with missile launcher subsystems and the Strategic Weapons Support System guarantees performance meets operational specifications
The ability to read and comprehend technical, diagnostic, operation and electronic repair manuals, schematic circuit diagrams, formulas, one function diagrams, and the ability to trace the effects of changes in one subsystem to other integrated subsystems
