Responsibilities

Serves as a Scrum master for scrum teams utilizing the Agile Software Development methodology

Provides recommendations related to development and execution of project management plans

Anticipates obstacles and addresses them to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information, products, and services

Initiates and prepares instructions customers on new or revised financial policies and system procedures

Provides analysis and assessment of Financial Systems projects or programs with strategic, enterprise or tactical impacts relative to payroll services

Develops plans and milestones to complete payroll and financial management projects
