Responsibilities
Provide product information, features, and benefits to potential customers
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on cold and warmth leads to new business opportunities
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information
Qualification
Required
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Eligible to work in the United States
Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
