Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to research personnel in the coordination and conduct of research projects
Assists in the design, implementation, and management of human subjects research studies, including data collection, entry, and maintenance using spreadsheet and database software
Screens, recruits, and assesses potential participants for research or clinical demonstration eligibility; reviews medical charts and clinical cases; and consults with eligible patients to explain study parameters and procedures
Develops, manages, and monitors project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support successful outcomes
Drafts and maintains research policies, standard operating procedures, guidelines, and other required documentation to ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and administrative requirements

Experience: You must possess general experience in (1) providing administrative and operational support to research projects, developing research designs, protocols, and data collection method; (2) ensuring compliance with research protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
Education: You must possess a bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree with a major in an academic field related to the medical field or health sciences
Combination: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have a combination of specialized experience and education beyond
