SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST
The United States Property and Fiscal Office is seeking a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst as part of the National Guard. This role involves planning, organizing, reviewing, evaluating, and supervising the work of the branch office while performing analysis of supply procedures and management functions.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, review, evaluate and supervise the work of the branch office
Perform analysis of supply procedures, services, directives and management functions of the branch
Qualification
Required
Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation
May be required to successfully complete a two year trial period
Participation in direct deposit is mandatory
The incumbent of this position description must have at a minimum, a completed National Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment
Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day
The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments
The work may require the employee to drive a motor vehicle and if so, an appropriate valid driver's license is required
For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures. Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting supply directives and procedures. Must have experience in analyzing recommendations and issuing written or verbal instructions to insure units achieve maximum readiness posture. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel
If using education to qualify, Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
