Responsibilities

Serves as a Project Management Specialist for the DFAS Texarkana Innovation Team in multiple areas to include Personal Management/Manpower and Finance/Accounting

Incumbent will be responsible for the researching, development, management and execution of assigned enterprise wide projects to include development, coordination, administration evaluation, analysis, implementation and policy development

Performs data and workflow analysis to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of enterprise wide programs and compares to industry standards

Develops projects plans and associates resource requirements directing, managing across all project phases

Preforms other duties as assigned

Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have been equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level

Completion of the requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree program AND 1 year of experience directly related to the duties listed above

A one-year probationary period may be required

Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
