Responsibilities
Identify and execute on new growth opportunities across partnerships, referral networks, and digital channels
Own growth goals, distill insights, and continuously optimize channel performance
Design and execute on experiments to test and validate new go-to-market strategies
Build relationships with health systems, digital partners, schools, and community organizations to drive adoption
Act as a builder—rolling up your sleeves to execute on growth opportunities and create scalable playbooks and processes
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a fast-pace entrepreneurial/growth role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with comfort in making data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Resourceful, creative, and willing to test new ideas quickly
Hungry, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
Passionate about mental health, healthcare innovation, and social impact
