NPI Engineer Manger

Responsibilities
Process Design and Improvement: Designing and implementing new manufacturing processes, optimizing existing ones, and improving overall production efficiency
Production Planning and Control: Managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and coordinating resources
Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, analyzing production data for quality issues, and ensuring products meet quality standards
Equipment Management: Selecting, installing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, ensuring it is operating effectively
Cost Reduction: Identifying opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs, optimizing material usage, and improving production efficiency
Technical Support: Providing technical expertise to other departments, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting the manufacturing team
Collaboration: Working with other engineers, designers, and production personnel to optimize the entire manufacturing process
Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
Project Management: Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production
