Catena Labs is building the first AI-native financial institution to provide the new financial infrastructure and services AI systems need to conduct commerce. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and build a new category of financial services designed for AI agents and stablecoins, collaborating with a cross-functional team to translate market needs into an actionable product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Co-Founder & CEO to build a clear product vision and strategy

Conduct deep market and user research to define a product roadmap that establishes Catena as the leader in financial services for the agentic economy

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and user stories to launch and iteration

Manage the backlog, coordinate sprints, and ensure your cross-functional team is aligned and executing at high velocity

Serve as the product leader across engineering, design, data science, compliance, and legal

Foster a collaborative environment focused on solving novel challenges with speed and quality

Define and analyze key metrics, user feedback, and market signals to make informed product decisions

Use both qualitative and quantitative data to measure success and drive continuous improvement

Partner with the business development team to support the acquisition of initial design partners and customers

Be the expert on the product, helping to shape the narrative and scale our sales efforts

Required

Product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex fintech products from concept to launch

Deep domain expertise in banking, payments, card networks, risk, and compliance

Strong technical acumen and adept at discussing complex systems and architecture with engineering teams

Master of execution in ambiguous environments

Exceptional communicator and leader, capable of inspiring teams and articulating a compelling vision to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Strategic thinker with a bias for action, skilled at balancing long-term vision with the immediate, tactical needs of the business
