Responsibilities

Lead a team of electrical engineers enthusiastic about crafting groundbreaking semiconductor tester equipment and interface/load boards
Architect high-performance analog circuits, power supplies, and FPGA-based solutions
Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards
Translate system requirements into PCB design specifications and develop analog circuits, including system and POL power supplies
Lead FPGA design using HDL and coordinate component selection and schematic development
Partner with PCB designers to create layouts and validate assemblies through debugging and verification
Drive support throughout the product lifecycle—from prototype deployment and customer qualification to post-release design enhancements and issue resolution

Required

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in hardware/PCB design, with leadership in engineering team management
Proficient in Siemens Xpedition or similar EDA tools and circuit simulation platforms like LTspice or PSpice
Strong understanding of PCB layout, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI)
Skilled in using lab equipment and applying electronics theory to practical design challenges

Preferred

Experience with FPGA/ASIC design using HDL languages (Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog)
Familiarity with FPGA/ASIC development tools such as Vivado or Quartus
Knowledge of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, JTAG, PCIe) and scripting languages like Python for test automation
