Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of mitigation projects, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop action plans
Maintain communication with clients, insurance agents, and team members throughout the process
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures on all job sites
Utilize industry-specific software for project management and reporting
Assist with business development efforts to grow the mitigation division
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in disaster restoration or related field
Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes and techniques
Valid IICRC certifications in water damage restoration and mold remediation
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed
