Responsibilities
Lead and supervise mitigation teams on-site during restoration projects
Assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans for restoration
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Communicate with clients and insurance representatives to provide updates
Train and mentor crew members in restoration techniques and safety practices
Document job progress and maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies
Manage equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance
Respond to emergency calls and coordinate immediate response efforts
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in restoration is a plus
IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying preferred
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying
