Collaboration with Dispatch for on time response to Customer work orders
Accurate diagnosis of equipment deficiencies and proactive communication with customers to explain resolution options
Coordinate parts orders with Dispatch and Service Writers
Attend all Division meetings
Qualification
Required
2+ years of refrigeration commercial service. Specifically, knowledge of experience regarding racks
Work Authorization Security Clearance
Employee must have a valid Driver's License, SS Card or Passport, and be eligible
