ADRA Somalia is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to develop a Mobile Learning Application for Entrepreneurship under the e-WINS Project funded by the European Union. The role involves creating an interactive mobile application that provides accessible entrepreneurship training for women in Somalia, including digitized lessons and networking features.

Responsibilities

Digitize the entrepreneurship and financial literacy curriculum into mobile-friendly learning content
Design, develop, and integrate a user-friendly mobile application for Android and iOS platforms
Conduct platform testing, hosting, and deployment (including Play Store and App Store uploads)
Provide maintenance, system diagnostics, and technical support for 12 months post-deployment
Prepare operational and technical documentation, including source code, and ensure smooth transfer of ownership to ADRA Somalia

Required

Proven experience in mobile application and web-based platform development, especially for learning or entrepreneurship purposes

Experience in business/financial literacy and an understanding of the Somali context, especially women's entrepreneurship
Ability to provide sample work of similar digital learning solutions
