ITAM Solutions Architect, Healthcare - Eastern US (Remote)
ER2 is a company focused on providing technology solutions and services to enhance the educational sector. They are seeking an ITAM Solutions Architect to manage client relationships and drive business growth in the healthcare and education verticals.

Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by aligning enablement strategies with organizational goals, tracking progress against targets, and implementing initiatives to maximize revenue growth solution adoption and cross-selling
Ensure quota achievement through regular cadence calls, performance reviews, coaching and data-driven adjustments to sales tactics, fostering accountability and high performance across the commercial team
Cultivate a culture mirroring ER2’s vision, mission, and values while mentoring and continuing the development of a high-impact commercial team
Monitor your performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support 20 -30% revenue uplift
Help align sales enablement strategies with organizational goals, tracking progress against targets, and implementing initiatives to maximize sales growth and cross-selling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of complex sales experience
2+ years of leadership experience (formal or informal)
Documented quota achievement - Multiple top 10% finishes
Strong sales acumen and ability to identify new business opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills—bonus points for a great sense of humor!
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines like a pro
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Legally authorized to work in the United States
The ability to speak/read English fluently
Valid Drivers License
The ability to pass a drug test
The ability to pass a background screening with no prior convictions related to theft or cybercriminal activity in the past 7 years
Preferred
Experience with sales training is a plus
