They are seeking a highly skilled National Field Service Technician to provide advanced on-site technical support, troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues, and assist with new machinery trainings while supporting customers remotely from their South Florida headquarters.

Responsibilities
Provide field support to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues with their CLN machinery
Troubleshoot and repair systems involving VFDs, servo motors, servo drives, and related components
Interpret and analyze machine logic and code to identify and resolve operational issues
Utilize knowledge of wiring and electrical theory to assist customers in resolving technical problems with the machinery
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints from our supplier partners to provide accurate guidance and support
Document support interactions, solutions provided, and contribute to the development of a comprehensive technical support database
Update CLN drawings and machinery manuals as needed
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address recurring issues and improve machine designs
Assist in wiring electrical panels and assembling machinery as needed
Train customers on new machinery shipped to their location
Qualification
Required
Open to 70%+ travel
High school diploma or GED; associate degree in a technical field preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel
Availability to work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15 minute breaks
Mandatory: Previous experience in technical support, with a focus on automated machinery
Proficiency in troubleshooting VFDs, servo motors, servo drives, and related systems
Strong understanding of machine logic, machine code, wiring, and electrical theory
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Direct experience in CNC router tables and/or sign making machinery
Experience in wiring and assembling industrial machinery
Field experience in servicing automated machinery
Fluent in Spanish
