Responsibilities

Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors

Required

Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
