As the Division Lead for Transportation (Aviation & Roadway), you will oversee all transportation engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of transportation projects, including aviation and roadway

Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations

Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and support staff

Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and strategies for team development

Provide technical guidance and expertise in transportation engineering

Review and approve project designs and documentation

Ensure QA/QC processes are followed and projects meet quality standards

Contribute to the development of the division’s strategic goals and objectives

Collaborate with the Director of Engineering Services on resource planning and project prioritization

Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation
