Diagnose various failures in trucks and recommend the best repair procedures
Perform the repair work after confirmation with the customer
Mentor less-skilled technicians
Qualification
Required
A High School diploma or equivalent is required
Must have a vocational diploma or degree in diesel or truck repair
Three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a valid and clean driver's license (less than four moving violation points)
Must have Ford Journeyman certification
Preferred
Preferred Master Certified as well
