Provide responsive and professional customer service for credit card and roadside assistance operations
Handle inbound and outbound calls , respond to emails , and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Address customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive experience
Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer inquiries and service requests
Perform general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (verbal and written)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic PC proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment effectively
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
Preferred
Customer service experience required for Senior Customer Service Associate
Experience in credit card or banking operations preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
No prior experience required for Customer Service Associate; previous customer service experience is a plus
