Collaborate across Legal, Sales, and Project Management to secure favorable terms
Leverage tools like DocuSign, SharePoint, and AI-based platforms (Superlegal AI)
Serve as a trusted liaison ensuring contracts are executed accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in commercial construction
Strong negotiation and communication skills — diplomatic, persistent, and clear
Tech-savvy and open to AI/CLM tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Long-term commitment to a Contract Specialist/Administrator (not a stepping stone to law school)
