Assist in handling a variety of legal matters, including litigation, contracts, and transactional work
Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation as needed
Advise and communicate with clients on case status, legal strategy, and potential outcomes
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage case files
Ensure compliance with legal procedures, deadlines, and ethical standards
Support business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience practicing law
Strong background in legal research, drafting, and client representation
Barred in North Carolina
