Responsibilities

Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow
Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
Oversee the capital planning process for new projects
Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
