Required

At least 5 years of experience in patent litigation

Hands-on experience across the lifecycle of complex patent disputes, including trials, motion practice, fact and expert discovery (including expert reports), and discovery management

J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials

Admission to and good standing with the California Bar

Undergraduate degree in a scientific or engineering discipline

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Sound judgment

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience before the PTAB and the ITC

Experience with federal court practice

Claim construction briefing

Infringement and invalidity contentions
