Responsibilities

DevSecOps Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab
Infrastructure as Code: Develop and manage IaC templates to ensure consistent and secure cloud infrastructure deployments
Scripting and Automation: Write and maintain scripts in Python or Shell to automate security processes and enhance operational efficiency
Security Integration: Embed security practices into the DevOps workflow, ensuring that security is an integral part of the development process
Cloud Security: Apply enterprise security design principles to cloud environments, including AWS and Kubernetes
Incident Response: Participate in incident response activities, identifying and mitigating security threats in real-time
Compliance and Audits: Ensure that all DevSecOps practices comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of shared responsibility for security

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related STEM field
3-5 years of experience in DevSecOps or IT security, with a focus on cloud environments
TS/SCI clearance
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell
Knowledge of enterprise security design and incident response for cloud environments

Preferred

Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx)
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
AWS Certified Security – Specialty
