In this role, you will support the legal team by reviewing legal documents, assisting with CLM processes, and performing research in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform contract review and analysis

Utilize a variety of automated legal research tools as well as public information databases and other automated resources to research case or program specific legal matters

Assist in responding to outside requests for information

Assist attorneys as needed in their day-to-day activities, including general administrative support

Maintain contract and document files and assist with our internal CLM

Maintain corporate governance documents through our document management platform

Draft correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents under the direction of the attorneys

Field and respond to document retrieval requests and research projects for clients and various internal departments

General legal support to all business units in the U.S. and internationally

Support the legal team in developing, implementing, and managing legal and compliance initiatives, including audit and training programs and document preservation initiatives

Work as part of a team with individual initiative in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
