Get substantive, stand-up courtroom and deposition experience from day one
Work directly with trial partners who are leaders in the field, not through layers of senior associates
Shape case strategy on disputes involving blockbuster drugs and cutting-edge gene therapies
Qualification
Required
2-7 years of patent litigation experience
A technical degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline is required
A desire to be in the courtroom and the drive to win
Bar admission in good standing
