Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, ITAM (SAM, HAM), and CMDB
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications

Required

Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB Implementation certification
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
U.S. citizenship is required
Must have an active Secret clearance

Preferred

Experience with ITAM (SAM, HAM) and CMDB modules
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
