Responsibilities
Develop line of business strategy
Monitor and take action on industry trends
Develop a wholistic approach to defining and measuring success for the line
Engage with customers and respond to their feedback with key developments
Engage the line of business team to develop products that anticipate customer needs
Run panels and other customer forums
Represent the products to customers
Meet with customers individually and be a key customer resource
Represent the company at industry conferences and with professional organizations
Prepare and give presentations
Author or co-author white papers or articles
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated Personal Lines Product Manager
Ability to work cross functionally to develop line of business strategy
Monitor and take action on industry trends
